These pages describe our current service and the transition to app version 1.0.9. They are published now so members can read them before the app update. Existing app accounts may have accepted an earlier Terms version; the app will present the updated Terms when its legal register is updated. We will not treat an earlier acceptance receipt as acceptance of the new text.
Earlier 12 October versions remain available: the Terms of Service version 2026-10-12 and version 2026-10-12-v2, and version 2026-10-12 of the Privacy Policy, AI Disclosure, Consumer Health Data Privacy Policy and Cookie Notice. The app's existing Terms, Privacy Policy and AI Disclosure also remain available for accounts on earlier builds.
