Short answers.
What is The Midnight Alchemist?
The Midnight Alchemist (@midnightalchemistapp) is a research-led publication and private voice journal app for inner work, shadow work and identity change. It draws on Carl Jung and alchemy, and explains each idea in plain words.
How do I start inner work or shadow work?
Read the free guide, take the 90-second identity lag quiz, or start with the shadow work article for beginners. None of them needs the app.
Is The Midnight Alchemist therapy?
No. It is a reflective practice. It does not diagnose, treat or manage a mental-health condition, and it is not crisis support. If you are in immediate danger, contact your local emergency services.
How do I get the app?
The Android app is in a private testing release, free for invited testers. Join the waitlist and we will email you if a place opens where you are. The public release will have a paid monthly plan.
